Refund Policy
A clear, plain-language summary of when you can ask for your money back, what gets refunded, and how long it takes. This sits on top of — never below — your statutory consumer rights.

1. Unused credits
Refundable within 14 days of purchase for any reason. We refund to the original payment method in the original currency. Already-spent credits are not refundable.
2. AI renders & digital downloads
A render is considered delivered the moment it appears in your library. If a render fails, looks corrupted, or our system errors out, we re-run it free of charge or refund the credits spent — your choice. Reach us within 30 days.
3. Catalog furniture
You have 14 days from delivery to return any catalog piece, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The piece must come back in saleable condition, in its original packaging where possible. We refund the item price within 14 days of the return arriving at the workshop. Outbound shipping is refunded; return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or doesn't match the listing.
4. Custom & made-to-order pieces
Custom builds — anything personalized in size, finish, or materials — are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right once production has started, as allowed by Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive. Before production starts (typically the first 48 hours after order confirmation) you can cancel for a full refund.
If a custom piece arrives faulty or doesn't match the spec sheet, we repair, remake, or refund — again, your choice. Reach us within 30 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or wrong items
Photograph the issue, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a free collection and a refund or replacement. The 2-year EU legal guarantee against defects applies on top of this.
6. Workshop guarantee
Every piece we build carries a 5-year workshop guarantee against structural defects (joinery, frames, seat decks). It runs alongside, not instead of, your statutory rights.
7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note. We confirm within 4 working hours and process the refund within 14 days of approval. Bank settlement may add 2–5 business days depending on your card issuer.
