Terms of Service

1. The agreement

This agreement is between you and Aurora Limited sp. z o.o., Bartycka 22B/21A, 00-716 Warszawa, Poland ("we", "us"). You confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at [email protected]. You may not share accounts or use the service on behalf of someone who is barred from using it.

3. Credits

• Credits are a prepaid balance for AI renders, downloads, and workshop products.
• One credit equals €0.10 at the published rate. Other currencies convert at the daily ECB rate shown at checkout.
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
• Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase under the Refund Policy.
• We may adjust credit prices for future purchases with at least 30 days' notice. Existing balances keep the rate they were bought at.

4. AI Planner

Renders are generated on demand. You keep the rights to inputs you upload; we keep the rights to the underlying models. Outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, including print and resale of derivative products, with two exceptions: you may not retrain another AI on them, and you may not resell the raw render file as stock imagery.

You must not upload material you don't have rights to, or that depicts identifiable people without their consent.

5. Workshop orders

When you order furniture, a separate sales contract is formed at the moment we email the order confirmation. Lead times are estimates — catalog pieces ship in 2–3 weeks, custom builds in 6–10 weeks. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day EU withdrawal right for non-custom items, always apply on top of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. Repeated or serious violations let us suspend the account and forfeit any unused credits without refund.

7. Intellectual property

The Aurora Limited brand, code, copy, photography, and design templates remain ours. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the site and the outputs as described above.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain inaccuracies — verify dimensions and materials before commissioning. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) €500 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death, personal injury, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights).

9. Termination

You can close your account any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms with reasonable notice, or immediately for fraud, illegal use, or abuse of staff.

10. Governing law

Polish law governs these terms. Courts of Warsaw have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise. EU consumers can also use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We notify account holders by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.
